Pet Sitting Services
Our Basic Pet Sitting Service includes a 30-minute visit. It's recommended that dogs should have at least two visits a day to ensure they can get their exercise and do their business. If you happen to have someone else who will be attending to your dog(s) after work and you only need one visit a day during work hours, please see our walking/potty breaks services. All other animals require two visits per day. More visits or time spent with your pets is available. Pets in cages are counted by cages, not the number of pets in the cage. The visit time of the day is very flexible and is left up to you.

After our visit, we report back to you through a variety of resources including a text with photos, a phone call (leaving a voice mail if needed), or an e-mail. This great service is included free as part of your Visit.

A 30-minute Basic Pet Sitting visit consists of:
• Feeding pet(s)
• Changing water
• Cleaning cat's litter/scooping dog solid waste
• Cleaning any accidents or messes
• Checking health, noting food and water intake, checking wastes
• Playing with pet(s)
• Walking dog/letting dog into yard
• Taking a photo of each pet, if requested
• Medication administration, if requested
• Bringing in mail
• Watering indoor plants
• Turning on/off sprinkler for outdoor plants/lawn
• Taking trash receptacle to street on pickup day

We will pick up your key from you for free, but if you would like it returned to you, we do charge a $10 fee. We prefer to keep a copy of your key in case of emergency. Should you be unexpectedly hospitalized or need to travel with little notice, we can make sure your pets are taken care of until you return home or are able to make other arrangements.

When you engage our Pet Sitting Service, we will continue to visit your pets should we not hear when you are expected back. We know that emergencies arise, flights are cancelled, and accidents happen, and we will make sure your pets are taken care of until you are able to return or contact us with further instructions.

Should something happen at your home to make it uninhabitable for your pets, we will transport them to a safe and comfortable location immediately. You determine the location or kennel beforehand, and if it is after hours, we will keep your pets for you until they open.

Holiday Fees
$10 added to the Total Due for the following observed holidays:
New Year's Week, Easter Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Week, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

Cancellation & Reservation Policy
One visit will be charged if at least 48 hours cancellation notice is not given. The same applies for less than 48 hour reservations. We know emergencies happen and will take that into consideration. This policy is more for habitual cancellations.

During the summer months and the major holiday's, this policy will be STRICTLY enforced due to scheduling issues and demands.

We will do Every Other Day Visits for cats at your risk.

We accept checks and cash only. No post-dated checks accepted.

All visits must be paid at the beginning of reservation.

Walking/Potty Break Visit
Do you have a pet that needs some attention during the day while you are at work? Perhaps a new puppy or kitten that needs some extra attention. We offer a 15-minute visit during business hours.

A 15-minute Lonely Pet visit consists of:
• Water change
• Medication administration, if requested
• Play time
• Walking dog/ letting dog into yard
• Cleaning up puppy area if soiled

This service is great if you work long hours, your older pet needs that additional business break during the day or needs medication, or if you are traveling and need someone only during the day while your friends are at work.

15 Minute Service Price (Add $5 for each additional 15 minutes added to your agreement.)

It is always nice to have someone look in on your home and belongings while traveling. Our service checks on your home and gives it the appearance of being inhabited. We vary our visit times so that no one knows when we will be by.

A House Sitting visit consists of:
• Bringing in mail and packages
• Watering indoor plants
• Taking trash receptacle to street on pickup day
• Turning on any lights, radios, TV as you request
• Check heat/cooling

House Sitting Prices
If you require outdoor hand watering of your plants, you will be charged $5 for each 15 minutes it takes to sufficiently make sure your landscaping investment is protected while you are away.
